We are now looking for residential support workers to join our team at Nytida LSS in Lindesberg. We offer training and a developing job where you can make a difference! The position is a temporary substitute starting from April 2026. We are looking for candidates with a background in care and support, such as nursing assistants, treatment pedagogues, or other relevant education.

Our three operations are located in central Lindesberg, close to popular walking paths with beautiful nature. There are also shops for daily necessities, a cinema, and restaurants nearby.

Our employees have the experience and knowledge to work with the target group. They have relevant education in social care, such as nursing programs, KY education in social care, or social work degrees.

About the role In the role of residential support worker, you will start from the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life based on a pedagogical approach. Together with other staff, you will work towards making the day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide in areas such as personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks will also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call shifts.

You will have a group manager close to you who works part of their time in the operation. This could also be a future career opportunity for you.

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in care and support or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, always keeping our clients' best interests in mind in everything you do.
